Thanks for Visiting!

I hope you will consider me to be your babysitter for your next night out!

I am also willing to do overnights or long weekends if you need to get away!

About Me:

My name is Alyssa, I am 23 years old, and I have completed two years of college, towards a degree in Early Childhood Education, before taking some time off to pursue other interests. My husband and I were married in October of 2011 after being together for almost 4 years, and we welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Elena, in February 2012.

Upon graduating from high school, I received a certificate saying that I have completed the Early Childhood Education program at Lakewood Ranch High School. This program enabled me me to be a part time teacher's aide in a preschool/elementary school classroom, in order to prepare me for a career in teaching the deaf and hard of hearing. I completed a full year of sign language in high school, and will be taking another semester of sign language in college.

I have training in infant and child CPR and first aide. I love kids, and especially love babysitting. I love putting together crafts, being creative, playing games, anything to keep the mind and body active.

During my senior year of high school, as part of my early childhood class, I was a teacher's assistant at McNeal Elementary school for 3-4 hours a week. I was part of a kindergarten class for the first half of the semester, and then, a 3rd grade class room, helping them with reading and spelling, for the second half.

I have two siblings of my own, and took care of them often as we were growing up. I have experience with children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. I have references if needed, and babysit frequently. If you need a babysitter last minute (within a 12-24 hour window), you can usually call me. My calender is updated frequently, and you can usually tell right away if I am busy or not.
